Sprinkler, alarm and extinguisher work from a single provider, on one schedule, with one set of records. Walk the building below to see where each job happens and what a visit covers.
Walk the building
One building. Five jobs. One crew.
Every commercial building has the same five things going on somewhere inside it. Click a station to light up where that work happens and what an ITM visit covers there.

01
Fire sprinkler systems
Inspection
Testing
Maintenance
Wet, dry, preaction and deluge. We inspect the water supply, the control valves, the risers and the heads, test the waterflow and supervisory devices, and read every gauge. What we find gets written down, priced and tracked until it closes.
Typically comes dueMonthly, quarterly and annual items, plus a few on multi year cycles
What a visit covers5 items
Control valves, gauges and supply verified
Waterflow and supervisory devices tested
Main drain test and results recorded
Heads checked for damage, paint, corrosion and clearance
Internal pipe assessment on the multi year cycle
02
Fire alarm systems
Inspection
Testing
Monitoring
Panel, devices and the path between them. Every initiating and notification device gets functionally tested, the panel gets checked for trouble and supervisory conditions, and we coordinate the test window with your monitoring company so nobody rolls a truck for a scheduled test.
Typically comes dueSemiannual and annual testing, plus multi year items
What a visit covers5 items
Control panel, batteries and trouble conditions checked
Pull stations, smoke and heat detectors functionally tested
Horns, strobes and notification appliances verified
Monitoring company coordinated before and after the test
Report formatted the way your AHJ expects it
03
Fire extinguishers
Inspection
Service
Recharge
Every unit in the building, counted and on a list. Annual service, internal examination and hydrostatic testing on their own cycles, recharge after any use. Each one leaves with a current tag, and the count is reconciled every visit so a missing extinguisher gets noticed by us rather than by an inspector.
Typically comes dueMonthly checks and annual service, plus hydrostatic testing on its own cycle
What a visit covers6 items
Annual maintenance and a current tag on every unit
Pressure, hose, horn and pin condition checked
Internal examination and hydrostatic testing on cycle
Recharge after any discharge
Mounting, signage and access clearance verified
Unit count reconciled against the last visit

Repairs and upgrades
Repairs
Replacements
Upgrades
The crew that found the problem is the crew that fixes it. Deficiencies come back with a price and a date attached, so they land in a budget instead of an emergency. Replacements, upgrades and code driven corrections are all in house.
Typically comes dueAs found, quoted with a price and a date
What a visit covers4 items
Deficiencies quoted with a price and a date
Heads, devices, valves and piping repaired or replaced
Code driven corrections and system upgrades
No second mobilization charge to come back and fix it
05
Compliance records
Documentation
Reporting
Deficiency tracking
The part most providers treat as paperwork. Every visit produces a written report in the format your authority having jurisdiction, your insurer and your corporate office each expect. Open deficiencies stay on the list until they close, and we tell you what is coming due before it is due.
Typically comes dueAfter every visit
What a visit covers4 items
Written report after every visit
Deficiency list tracked to closure, not just noted
One record set across every address you manage
Upcoming due dates flagged before the deadline
Intervals are the common ones, not a schedule for your building. Actual frequencies are set by system type, occupancy, local code and your authority having jurisdiction. We confirm yours on the first walk.

Questions we get on the first call
Short answers. If yours is not here, the phone number at the bottom of the page reaches a person.
How often does my sprinkler system need to be inspected?
It depends on the system type, the occupancy and what your authority having jurisdiction requires, which is why we will not quote a frequency before we have seen the building. Most systems have a mix of monthly, quarterly and annual items plus a few on multi year cycles. We confirm yours on the first walk and put the dates in writing.
What happens if something fails the inspection?
A failed item is a deficiency, not a shutdown. It goes on your list with a price and a date attached, you decide when it gets done, and the same crew that found it comes back to fix it. The record shows it open until it closes.
Do you do the repairs, or only the inspection?
Both. Deficiencies are quoted by the crew that found them and corrected without a second vendor or a second mobilization charge. Replacements, upgrades and code driven corrections are in house.
We already have a provider. Can you take over mid stream?
Yes. Send us your most recent inspection report and we pick up from where the records end. Nothing has to lapse in between, and you get a free review of what the report says your building actually needs.
Will you handle the fire marshal and our insurer?
Every visit produces a written report in the format your AHJ, your insurer and your corporate office each expect, so the paperwork is ready before anyone asks for it.
What does the free cost review involve?
You send your last inspection report or tell us what you have. We come back with a line by line read of what your building actually needs, what is current, what is overdue and what it should cost. If the honest answer is that you should stay where you are, that is the answer you get.
Do you cover buildings outside the Oklahoma City metro?
All of Oklahoma. We are based in Mustang, fifteen minutes from downtown Oklahoma City, and the rest of the state is inside a day. We do not subcontract the drive.
General answers. Your building's requirements are set by its systems, its occupancy and your authority having jurisdiction.
Tell us what is due.
Send your most recent inspection report, or just tell us what you have. We come back with a free review of your current fire protection costs and what we would do differently.
A line by line read of what your building actually needs
What is current, what is overdue, and what it should cost
An honest answer, even when that answer is to stay where you are
