Different buildings, different problems
A distribution warehouse, a plant and a school district do not need the same fire protection, and they cannot be inspected the same way. Here is where we already work, and what changes between them.
- Ben E. Keith Foods
- Remington
- McLoud Public Schools
Already on the schedule

Ben E. Keith Foods
Food distribution and cold storage
High racking, wide floors and freezer space, all of it running while you inspect it.
- Storage height and rack layout drive the sprinkler design, so a racking change can outdate the system that protects it
- Freezer and cooler spaces need systems that will not freeze, which is a different inspection to a wet system
- Shipping does not stop, so testing gets scheduled around the dock rather than the other way around

Remington
Manufacturing and industrial
Process areas, storage and offices under one roof, each with a different exposure.
- One site often holds several occupancy types, and each one carries its own requirements
- Shutdown time is the expensive part, so inspections are planned around production windows
- Process changes on the floor can quietly outgrow the protection that was designed for it

McLoud Public Schools
Schools and public buildings
Occupied by children, funded publicly, and documented for more than one authority.
- Testing happens outside school hours, on breaks and after hours, never around students
- Alarm work is coordinated with the office so a test is never mistaken for an evacuation
- Records go to the district and the state, not just into a folder in a plant room

If your building is not on this list, it is still a building with systems in it. Tell us what you have and we will tell you what it needs.
Tell us what is due.
Send your most recent inspection report, or just tell us what you have. We come back with a free review of your current fire protection costs and what we would do differently.
- A line by line read of what your building actually needs
- What is current, what is overdue, and what it should cost
- An honest answer, even when that answer is to stay where you are
