Why we started
Most buildings are inspected by whoever inspected them last, on a schedule nobody remembers agreeing to, by a company that sends a different technician every time. ITM was built to be the opposite of that: one crew that knows your building, one schedule you can see, and a phone number that a person answers.
How we work
We walk the building before we quote it. Everything gets counted and written down, deficiencies come back with a price and a date attached, and the report lands in your inbox after every visit rather than whenever somebody gets to it. When something is coming due, we call you first.
